Jo Ann Rossi is a wife, a mother of three kids, triathlete, and overall fitness enthusiast. Prior to her new-found love of the three-sports, Jo Ann spent several decades focused on learning body control, mobility, and form. From a young age Jo Ann was a dancer, diver, gymnast, and competitive ice skater. Between high school and college, she trained in Lake Placid for ice skating and with the US Ski Team for Freestyle Aerials, and even had a successful audition with Disney on Ice. Unfortunately, a torn ACL changed her course, but she happily made her way to Virginia Tech. Through her collegiate years, she spent a short time on the VT Diving Team and Snowboard Club. Today, Jo Ann enjoys teaching group exercise classes of various formats and working with individual clients to improve their strength and mobility. Her clients cannot escape being motivated by her contagious personality and benefit from her extensive knowledge of all-things fitness and injury prevention.
