Youth Group Coaching (Fairfax)


Endorphin Fitness Fairfax-­Loudoun brings expert youth fitness coaching to the Northern Virginia community.  Workouts are directed by USA Triathlon Certified coaches who encourage and challenge each athlete to reach their individual goals.  The team gives youth ages 6-19, from beginner to elite, the opportunity to become better triathletes.

Athletes choose between 1 and 5 practices per week taught in a positive atmosphere.  Practices are at the same time and location as the Adult Team so families can train simultaneously.


The Endorphin Fitness Triathlon Team is comprised of a development team for ages 6-15 and a high performance team for ages 13-19.  The Youth Team is open to all aged 6-15 and focused on developing fitness, performance, and self confidence.  This program prepares athletes for local competition.  The Junior Elite High Performance Team is for ages 13-19 who have met team qualification standards.  This program prepares athletes for top regional and national competition.

Individual and small group coaching are offered by our coaches at all of our locations and are customized to meet the needs of the individual athletes.  Options include swim technique, cycling handling and technique, running technique with video analysis, transition training, strength training, and more customized around your goals.
