There is no need to leave your house to get the Endorphin Fitness experience.  We deliver professional, live fitness classes and talks right to your computer.  Select from a variety of cycling, strength, and mobility classes as well as valuable talks from a variety of engaging speakers.  Pay by session or choose the all-access pass (best value).

January Class Options

Fri, Jan 8, 12:00-12:45pm: Yoga Sculpt

1/2 Athletic Yoga, 1/2 Strength.  You will need: a mat, hand weights, towel or a yoga block

 

Wed, Jan 13, 12:00-12:45pm: Bike Maintenance Essentials

Learn how to take care of your bike and change a flat tire.  No equipment needed.

 

Fri, Jan 15, 12:00-12:45pm: Deep Hip Stretches

Long holds to relax the hips and help improve mobility.  You will need: a mat, towel or a yoga block

 

Wed, Jan 20, 12:00-12:45pm: Stretch & Release for Runners

Improve performance through balance drills, targeted stretches, and self-myofascial release techniques. You will need: a mat, foam roller, ball (tennis, lacrosse, or dense foam), and (optional) rolled towel or yoga block.

 

Fri, Jan 22, 12:00-12:45pm: I’m With The Band: Glutes

Focus on the gluteus muscles using loop bands to improve strength and muscular endurance. You will need: a mat, loop bands

 

Wed, Jan 27, 12:00-12:45pm: Stretch & Release for Swimmers
