There is no need to leave your house to get the Endorphin Fitness experience.  We deliver professional, live fitness classes and talks right to your computer.  Select from a variety of cycling, strength, and mobility classes as well as valuable talks from a variety of engaging speakers.  Pay by session or choose the all-access pass (best value).

A technique-based bike workout working various cadences.

You will need: bike & trainer

Dec 2, 6:30-7:15pm- Cardio Strength: Tabata Bootcamp (Coach Jo Ann Rossi)

A cardio strength training workout using Tabata timed intervals and your bodyweight.

You will need: a mat

 

Dec 4, 12-12:45pm- Mobility: Slow Your Roll, Lower Body Part 1 (Coach Jo Ann Rossi)

Relax tight muscles and increase your joint range of motion through self-myofascial release (SMR) using a foam roller. This session will focus on: Feet, Calves, IT Band, & Tibialis Anterior.

You will need: foam roller, tennis ball or lacrosse ball, mat

 

Dec 7, 7-8pm- Talk: Fad Nutrition (Katie Elliott, MS, RD, CSSD)

A look into the strengths and weaknesses of several fad diets and the timeless nutrition advice.

You will need: an open mind

 

Dec 8, 6-7am- Bike: Cadence Speedplay (Coach Erin Horil)

A technique-focused bike workout playing with speed through altering cadence.

You will need: bike & trainer

Dec 9, 6:30-7:15pm- Cardio Strength: Hustle & Flow Bootcamp (Coach Jo Ann Rossi)

This session will mix cardio bursts with strength and balance combos.

You will need: 1 set medium-heavy hand weights and a mat

 

Dec 11, 12-12:45pm- Mobility: Slow Your Roll, Lower Body Part 2 (Coach Jo Ann Rossi)

Strategies to prevent injuries through focused prehab work.

Using loop bands, we will focus on the glutes through cardio and muscular endurance exercises.

You will need: loop bands, mat

 

Dec 18, 12-12:45pm- Mobility: It’s Hip To Relax (Coach Jo Ann Rossi)

Yoga inspired stretches for your hips, glutes, and thoracic spine.

You will need: a mat, yoga block (optional)

 

Dec 21, 7-8pm- Talk: 16-Weeks to a 5k PR (Coach Michael Harlow)

A 4-month action plan to your next 5k PR.

You will need: an open mind

 

Dec 22, 6-7am- Bike: Heavy Power Bursts (Coach Erin Horil)

Ready for the watts?  This class will focus on high wattage intervals to hone technique and cadence.
