Exciting weekend of racing for many Endorphin Fitness athletes.
Jill Tarr completed the Sebring 12 hour bike race completing a strong 195 miles in the 12 hour allotted time taking 6th overall woman against many women half her age.. EF’s Eric Glymph and wife Susan supported Jill during the event by running sag.
We had several athletes race the Sweetheart 8k with Alex Tan taking 2nd and Nancy Faux 3rd in their age groups. Also, strong races from Andrea and Jackson Wright!
Shannon Baird had many obstacles thrown her way at the By George 5k but did not allow them to stop her. She finished what she set out to do at the By George 5k!
Allan Ng had a super strong race at the Love The Run 5k running ahead of goal.
Alex Murdock took 42nd overall at the Holiday Lake 50k coming in under 5 hours with a huge PR.
Kathleen Lautzeheider took 2nd overall at the Heart and Soles 5k with a super strong race.
