Race Results 8/19-8/20
At the VHBG Youth Triathlon, the EF Youth Team put down some amazing performances. Ellie Harlow, Andrea Rogerson, Hazel Wells, Caroline Osenga, and Patrick Harlow all won their age groups. Lily Stimson, Hadley Harlow, Titus Brueseke, Caleb Harlow, and Luke Craven took 2nd in their age groups. Mia Stimson, Hattie Wells, Austin Harlow, Brody Savage, Annika Rogerson, Anneliese Rogerson, Cannen Harlow, and Matthew Estes took 3rd. Claire Brueseke took 4th and Anna Estes took 7th. A great, fun day overall!
Jill Tarr completed her 5th 12-hour ultra distance cycling event this weekend taking the win in her age group on a day when many dropped out due to extreme heat.
Parker took 2nd in his age group and 3rd overall finish at worlds.
In the Luray Sprint Triathlon, Katie Palavecino was 1st overall female in her age group, so was Christy L. Murrell. Our newest team member, Ale Stankaitis was 1st in her age group. Matt Coleman was 1st in his age group and Chloe Ramirez took 3rd overall female.
Julie Patterson won the overall women’s titles in both the Sprint and Olympic distance races at the Luray Sprint Triathlon.
Nancy Faux won the Grand Masters division at the Peluso Downriver Rip.
Samone Franzese was 5th overall at the Hartwood 10-miler.
