Endorphin Fitness athletes had some awesome results this weekend! Races include the first race in the Healthy Kids Run Series, Rev 3 Giant Acorn at Lake Anna, a muddy Stokesville NICA race, as well as several cross country meets. Let’s get started!

Strong XC races for Cooper Albright, Hope Frost, and Alexandra Poole this week.  Cooper and Alexandra both set course PRs.

Presley Evans had a strong swim meet setting PRs in 5 out of his 6 events.

At the Stokesville NICA race, Jake Dysart took 7th, Rex Nguyen 8th, and Caleb McCaskill 10th in the JV race.  Presley Evans took 11th in the middle school race.

Tons of strong races at the first race of the Healthy Kids Running Series  In the Pre-K race, Colby Harlow took 4th.  In the K-1st grade race, Oliver Harlow took 19th and Paxton Harlow 20th.  In the 2nd-3rd grade girls race, Ellie Harlow took 1st.  In the 4-5th grade girls race, Andrea Rogerson took 1st followed by Hadley Harlow in 2nd, Austin Harlow in 3rd, and Ariana Hotchfelder in 5th.  In the 6-8th grade boys race, Caleb Harlow took 2nd, and on the girl’s side, Hazel Wells took 1st, Maddie McComb 2nd, and Annika Rogerson 4th.

At the Giant Acorn Sprint distance, Alex Tan led the swim and posted the fastest run of the day for his age group but unfortunately suffered a flat on the bike which caused him to walk 5 miles to finish the race. Christy Maschal competed at the sprint distance had a strong race in her second Triathlon (and first open water swim). Glenn Young finished 4th in his AG!

Mark Dupuis completed the Olympic distance in the same race, pulling a strong bike leg and holding a solid position throughout his race! Matt Myers threw down some big numbers in the midst of his NC block of training!  Kenneth Steingold took third in his AG with his first attempt at the distance! Jess Small had a strong day finishing 2nd in her AG. Congrats guys!

At the FUMA invite, Emily Merchant and Eloise Campbell had strong races!

At RVA Relays, Jake Schindel and Colby Burcham lead the team to a 4th place finish with them claiming 5th and 2nd fastest split respectively. Connor Zebrowski had a strong race.  Joshua Gray finished 6th overall in the middle school race!

Lucille O’Neil completed the Climb to Conquer Cancer and was the top female in her age group, as well as the 2nd overall female! Sarah Look took first in her AG.  Way to go Sarah!
