Individual sessions are offered by our coaches at all of our locations and are customized to meet the needs of the individual athletes.  Small group private sessions are also available.  To schedule an appointment, contact the following coaches:

INDIVIDUAL PRIVATE SESSIONS

Individual sessions are customized around your goals.  Our expert coaches can meet with you individually or as a small group to refine your technique using advanced technology or find your potential by pushing you through your hardest workouts of the week.  For techniqueb development, we utilize our Endless Pool with underwater video capabilities for the swim, the Computrainer with spinscan analysis on the bike, and slow motion video on the run.  Popular sessions include swim, cycle, run, strength, transitions, and more.

VO2 MAX TESTING

We offer VO2 Max Testing for cycling and running which establishes VO2 Peak, Anaerobic Threshold, your individual heart rate zones, and helps define your limiters and identify the key workouts to improve.

Resting Metobolic Rate (RMR) Testing establishes the amount of calories you burn at rest each day to allow you to accurately dial in your nutrition plan.

CYCLING POWER TESTING

Power numbers are the #1 way to gauge intensity and improvement on the bike.  Utilizing our power meters, our coaches will conduct a power test with you then provide a full analysis of the results to create individual power training zones, pinpoint areas to focus on with your training, and gauge progress over time with repeat testing.
