The East Coast Triathlon Festival will host both the Age Group Draft Legal World Qualifier & Junior Elite Cup on May 2. Endorphin Fitness, the race committee, and USAT have partnered to offer three (3) virtual presentations and one (1) in-person clinic the day before the race to prepare you for draft-legal racing. The virtual presentations will be led by Endorphin Fitness Head Coach and East Coast Triathlon Festival Race Director Michael Harlow (bio here). The in-person clinic will be led by several Endorphin Fitness coaches and members of the race production staff. Each virtual presentation is $25 and the in-person clinic is $95. USAT will be offering 1 CEU for each virtual presentation and 3 CEUs for the in-person clinic. Register for one or all of the clinics below…

[Virtual Presentation] April 22, 2-3pm ET: Richmond Course Strategy & Inside Tips
Learn insider tips from race director and coach Michael Harlow on how to have your best race on the Richmond course.
[In-Person Clinic] May 1, 1-4pm ET @ ECTF Race Site (4600 Cox Rd, Glen Allen, VA 23060)
This hands-on clinic with coaches and race production staff will put the final touches on your race preparations. Clinic will preview the race course while introducing insider strategies as well as draft-legal swimming, cycling, running, and transition skills for race day.
