Beginner Programs

At Endorphin Fitness, we are passionate about introducing new people to the sport of triathlon. If you are new to the sport of triathlon and have questions, we are happy to talk. Please reach out to coaching@endorphinfitness.com or (804) 741-1599.  Otherwise, you will find tons of valuable information to get you started below.

Guide To Your First Triathlon Talk

Below is a presentation our head coach Michael Harlow gave entitled, Guide To Your First Triathlon Talk.

This presentation included how to train, choosing the right equipment, picking the right race, race day nutrition, and what to expect on race weekend.

Beginner Programs

RTC Sprint Triathlon Beginner Triathlon Team (Mar 5th-Apr 28th)

Prepare for the RTC Sprint Triathlon on April 28 with experienced coaches and a fun community of athletes.  Program includes a detailed training plan, two practices / week, and coach email support right up to race day.

Practice schedule: Tues 7-8 pm swim and Saturday 1-2 pm bike/run.

Only $125 or $95 if sign up w/ a friend! 

 Beginner Triathlon Clinic
(May 20, 1-5 pm)

Join experienced Endorphin Fitness coaches for this one-day triathlon clinic. Participants will learn swim, bike, and technique as well as how to complete a successful triathlon (change between segments of race).

Other topics touched on will include what to expect on race day and nutrition for your optimal race.

Only $45.

Pink Power Triathlon Beginner Triathlon Team (Jun 18 – Aug 12)

Prepare for the Pink Power Triathlon on August 12 with experienced coaches and a fun community of athletes.  Program includes a detailed training plan, two practices / week, and coach email support right up to race day.
