DIRECTOR OF COACH OPERATIONS AND PERSONAL TRAINER
Ryan Middleton is an triathlon and run coach as well as a personal trainer and strength coach at Endorphin Fitness. He is a USA Triathlon Certified Coach, ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, and a Road Runner Club of America Certified Run Coach. Ryan is most excited about overall improvement and progress of his athletes, no matter their level. Ryan coaches runners and triathletes across all distances. There is a fine line, as well as an important balance, between hard training and over training which Ryan is a master at accomplishing efficiently. Ryan has expertise in cycling, water running, and strength training and uses all of these to optimize efficiency and minimize risk of injury in his athletes. Ryan is an accomplished runner and triathlete, with success across most distances including a few victories on the ultra-marathon circuit. Currently his run PR’s are 16:02(5k), 34:39 (10k), 1:11 (13.1), and 2:38 (26.2).
