How Much Do You Want It?

    - by Nick Seitz

While home on his family farm in South Africa but still needing to train, seven-time world champion Conrad Stoltz built his own pool (or better yet trench) by himself. It wasn’t fit for a king such as Conrad, but it was what was needed to get in his training. Endurox R4

    - by Nick Seitz

As workouts start to get more intense as we approach race season and weather warmer, it is extremely important that you refuel properly. After workouts, there is a 30 minute window during which your cells are open wide and able to absorb nutrition fully. We have two sizes in stock in the shop – come get it.

As endurance athletes we all have to have a little crazy in us. Even among our own endurance peers, we tend to think that one another are crazy.
