Congratulations to Heather Williams, this week's athlete of the week! Heather has been working with Coach Ryan for the past year. During this period, Heather has been able to grab PRs in the 5k, 10k, half marathon, and marathon distance and several very high overall finishes at many races. Regardless of conditions, Heather always rises to the occasion. Her enthusiasm, optimism, positive mindset, determination, and resiliency are all qualities that Heather has possessed since beginning her time at Endorphin Fitness. After months of hard work, long intervals, and high mileage, Heather executed the perfect race at the Novo Nordisk New Jersey Marathon; running a 3:27. This qualified Heather for the Boston Marathon by over 7 minutes! This result that was very well deserved, and we could not be happier for you Heather! ... See MoreSee Less
