KYLE PAWLACZYK

ENDURANCE COACH

Kyle has been with Endorphin Fitness since 2010. During that time, Kyle has overseen the group and online adult coaching programs at Endorphin Fitness, which have helped athletes of all ability levels find success in triathlon. Kyle’s athletes have qualified for the Ironman 70.3 World Championships, the ITU Age Group World Championships, and the Boston Marathon. Kyle has also overseen EF’s beginner programs, which have introduced countless athletes to the sport of triathlon.

Kyle prides himself on year-over-year development of his athletes and uses sound, proven training principles gleaned from his background in exercise physiology and nearly two decades of experience in endurance sports. Kyle received his Bachelor’s degree from the College of William and Mary in 2006, and his Master’s degree from the University of Virginia in 2010. Kyle’s diverse research interests included sports nutrition (specifically, protein:carbohydrate ratio and its role in exercise performance and recovery), motor skill analysis, and motivation for participation in lifetime physical activity.

A native of Buffalo, NY, Kyle was an all-state cross country selection before attending the College of William and Mary. There, he was a member of the Tribe’s nationally-ranked cross country and track programs, posting personal bests of 14:49 for 5000m, 30:51 for 10,000m, and earning all-conference honors in track. While a graduate student, Kyle began racing as a professional triathlete, and has posted ten top-10 finishes in the Ironman 70.3 series and a personal best of 8:42 for the Ironman distance.
