benfreed“Being part of EF has been an incredible experience for me. Everything changed with that invitation to Live Red. Even though we don’t live close, the personal online coaching, camps, race support, and team camaraderie have made all the difference. It is hard to imagine that either my sister or I could have stuck with this or gotten close to our potentials without your coaching. Thank you and all the EF staff and team for making it possible for me to Live Red!” -Ben Freed

Fischl“Endorphin Fitness is such a phenomenal and unique endurance group unlike any other and has assembled the most passionate and gifted staff in the business. Over the years, I have recommended coaching services to many friends in addition to testifying I wouldn’t go to any other bike shop in Richmond for both products and expertise.  It’s rare these days for a store to be interested in getting you the right gear, instead of just getting you to walk out with anything if it”  – Rick Fischl

Congratulations to Arushi Mitra, this week's athlete of the week. Arushi joined the EF Youth Tri Team over a year ago as a complete newbie to triathlon training. Her first order of business was to learn all the technique we teach for swimming, cycling, and running. She is the kind of athlete that you can see "thinking" while training, really putting into practice all that she is learning. After establishing technique, we went to work building Arushi's endurance, which started at a very low level. Luckily, Arushi is a mentally tough athlete that never gives up on herself and pushes through the hard stuff. Just recently, we have witnessed Arushi really hitting her stride and turning on the competitive drive by pushing herself each practice to reach new levels of speed. She has dropped 30 seconds off her 50 free time in a matter of a few months and her run and bike workouts are accelerating each week. Arushi, now a leader on the team, is always willing to befriend a new teammate. She is helpful, respectful and a pleasure to coach each practice. We are so proud of her progress and excited to see her continue to develop her "Beast Mode!" Congratulations Arushi! ... See MoreSee Less
