benfreed“Being part of EF has been an incredible experience for me. Everything changed with that invitation to Live Red. Even though we don’t live close, the personal online coaching, camps, race support, and team camaraderie have made all the difference. It is hard to imagine that either my sister or I could have stuck with this or gotten close to our potentials without your coaching. Thank you and all the EF staff and team for making it possible for me to Live Red!” -Ben Freed

Fischl“Endorphin Fitness is such a phenomenal and unique endurance group unlike any other and has assembled the most passionate and gifted staff in the business. Over the years, I have recommended coaching services to many friends in addition to testifying I wouldn’t go to any other bike shop in Richmond for both products and expertise.  It’s rare these days for a store to be interested in getting you the right gear, instead of just getting you to walk out with anything if it”  – Rick Fischl
